Greenwich: History, Park and Meridian
Greenwich brings together maritime history and sweeping views across London. Greenwich Park is home to the Royal Observatory and the Prime Meridian, and from the hill you can look out over the Thames and the city skyline. The historic Maritime Greenwich ensemble also includes the Queen’s House and the Old Royal Naval College. The Cutty Sark and the National Maritime Museum round out a visit with insights into seafaring history.

Greenwich is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A day trip pairs well with a detour to the modern Docklands; the two areas reveal different chapters in London’s history.
