Take That concert with Robbie Williams on July 8, 2011, in London
Is Robbie Williams “Back for Good” with Take That? In any case, he’ll be rocking Wembley Stadium in London on July 8, 2011—and once again as a singer with the group Take That. There are hardly any tickets left for the concert.

Fourteen concerts have been announced for the UK. A tour is also planned for Germany. Rumors had been swirling for a long time, and concrete information about concerts by the finally reunited legendary group Take That had been kept strictly under wraps. But now, shortly before the tour kicks off, the dates have finally been announced.
Robbie Williams’s departure from the group 15 years ago, in 1995, came as a shock to fans. His increasingly heavy drug use and partying had made the split inevitable, after Robbie refused to give in to the demands of the other band members. He didn’t want his life forced into an orderly routine.
Just a year after Robbie Williams left, Take That also announced that they were breaking up. On Robbie Williams’s birthday, February 13, 1996, the most successful English boy band announced its breakup after just six years. And in the end, he also managed to overcome his drug addiction—a step he said he probably wouldn’t have survived without.
Who would have thought that, after the fierce mudslinging in the press between Robbie Williams and his former bandmates, there could be a reconciliation? But last year, it happened. Take That and Robbie Williams went back into the studio together to record new material. The fans were thrilled. The upcoming concert tours are the crowning achievement of this positive development. Fans of the famous boy band Take That can hardly wait to see all five of them together on stage again.
After his split from Take That, Robbie Williams’s solo career took off. Eight of his albums reached number one in the UK. His megahits, including “Angels” and “Let Me Entertain You,” made him an absolute superstar—and not just in the UK.
On July 8, 2011, Take That—Gary Barlow, Robbie Williams, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen—will take the stage at Wembley Stadium from 4 p.m. and thrill their fans.
