London Fashion Weekend 2011

Following Amsterdam, Berlin and New York, London Fashion Weekend presents excellent fashion. Vodafone London Fashion Weekend takes place from 24.02.2011 to 27.02.2011 and is already showcasing collections for the upcoming autumn/winter season.

More than a hundred designers present, discuss, negotiate and sell their selection of contemporary design, elegance, colour and flair. As every year, the creative designers include emerging talents who are using the London Fashion Week platform for the first time to make a name for themselves nationally—and, at best, internationally—or who are competing with the most sought-after designers of the moment. Designers represented at London Fashion Week include Lulu Guinness, Emma Cook, Angel Jackson, Twenty&Twelfe, Olivia Rubin and Juicy Couture.

Vodafone Fashion Week is said to be a must-attend event for models, designers and artists who want to see their world on the runway and fashion in designer stores, exclusive boutiques and the trendiest fashion capitals around the world. Tickets for individual events often sell out weeks in advance.

London Fashion Week Spring 2011 officially opens on 24.02. with the first offering at around 5:00 p.m. On the very first day, visitors can talk shop about fashion and models, creations and innovations until 10:00 p.m., try on outfits and, of course, make purchases. In the days that follow, through Sunday, 27.02.2011, visitors will once again be invited to this special kind of shopping trip through London—and perhaps a glass of champagne, too.

In the UK, London Fashion Weekend is also known as a designer event featuring plenty of surprising offers, discounts and, in some cases, items from past Fashion Weeks reduced by up to 70%. This fashion event is among the most important events in London and, as in other countries, takes place twice a year. Anyone who misses London Fashion Weekend 2011 in the spring can look forward to the next season of exclusive fashion in September, provided they book their tickets in good time.
