London Eye: Views over the Thames
The London Eye is a 135-metre-high observation wheel on the south bank of the Thames. A ride in an enclosed glass capsule takes about 30 minutes and offers sweeping views across the city centre. The Ferris wheel is close to Westminster Bridge and fits in well with a walk along the South Bank.
From the Eye, you can see the Palace of Westminster and other landmarks. The St Paul’s Cathedral offers another perspective on the city.
